Krakow police have been searching for teenagers who left a Youth Training Center on their own. Three of the five missing girls have been located so far.
Police: Two More Teenagers Found
Police in Kraków announced that two additional missing adolescents have been located. The municipal Police Command reported that the search for the 15- and 16-year-old girls who absconded from the Youth Training Center named after Saint Sister Faustyna has ended. So far, three of the five girls have been found. On Saturday, August 9, officers reported that the first of the girls was located. Police received information that one of the missing teenagers might be in Wałbrzych. Officers checked the identified address and found the teenager staying with a friend. She is safe and healthy, said young police Sergeant Anna Zbroja‑Zagórska from the Małopolskie police. The 15‑year‑old, by court decision, must return to the center.
Teenagers Left the Center
On Friday, August 8, the Kraków Municipal Police Command issued a notice informing the public about the search for a group of teenagers who voluntarily left the hall at the Youth Training Center named after Saint Sister Faustyna in Kraków. Initially, on April 4, three girls went missing. Two days later, on August 6, another two teenagers deserted the center.
