Overall Forecast

Meteorologists warn that a large front will hit Poland mid‑week, increasing cloud cover across the country. The front, moving toward Poland on Thursday, will shift the center of the country during the night of 23‑24 October, extending the typical autumn weather into early November. The forecast calls for larger cloudiness, possible intense rain, cooling, and strong wind gusts.

Cloudy End of the Week

Wednesday will remain overcast with temperatures ranging from 12 °C to 17 °C, dropping to about 10 °C in the northeast. Western zones may see light rain while the south could experience brief sunshine.

Thursday will bring further cloud cover, yet temperatures will stay comparable at 13 °C to 18 °C, except in Suwałki, where it may be 10 °C. Friday continues to feature widespread cloudiness with intermittent rain, especially in the northwest. Overnight wind gusts are expected up to 70 km/h nationwide, soaring to 80 km/h in the foothills and 120 km/h at higher elevations. Maximum temperatures will stay between 11 °C and 15 °C, with cooler conditions in the valleys and some western areas around 9 °C.

Weekend Weather

Saturday will be mostly cloudy with occasional bursts of light in the south. Rain will fall intermittently, particularly in the northern part of the country, where it may intensify. Maximum temperatures are projected between 8 °C and 13 °C.

Sunday remains overcast, with rain especially in the north. Temperatures will be from 8 °C to 11 °C, with cooler readings in Podlasie down to 6 °C.
