He declared no houses, apartments, farmland, or other real estate.

Income Details
In 2024, he received 36,000 PLN of untaxed parliamentary allowance, 9,359 PLN of taxed allowance, and 177,979 PLN for parliamentary equipment.
He also reported nearly 30,000 PLN of credit.
Office Expenses
His office costs totaled 296,800 PLN from its creation until 31 December 2024, exceeding the 23,310 PLN monthly cap for MPs.
Payments included over 130,000 PLN for staff salaries, 105,000 PLN for expert reports and translations, and 51,000 PLN for kilometer expenses.
IKEA Incident and Fine
On 27 October, he was caught taking a 390 PLN Ikea item and paid a 500 PLN fine, which he accepted.
Donald Tusk and Sławomir Mentzen commented; the latter explained the incident as an unintentional self‑checkout mistake that Berkowicz apologized for, saying he did not invoke immunity.
