Details of the Crime

According to an investigation, on 2 February 2023 at a building on Żurawie Street, then‑23‑year‑old Dorian S. approached Liza from behind, strangled her, dragged her to a nearby gate and bound her neck with a strap. After losing consciousness, Liza was raped. She was discovered unconscious by a building officer and later taken to the hospital.

Chronology

Liza was transported to hospital in a critical state and died on 1 March 2023, never regaining consciousness. The criminal case proceeded with procedural diligence, and the appellate process was carried out with partial restriction of public access.
