The incident occurred Wednesday, November 5, around 10:30 a.m. on Wyszyńskiego Street in Zamość. Judge Teresa Ziarkiewicz‑Turzyniecka, driving a Suzuki, collided with the rear of a Honda driven by a 66‑year‑old man.
Police Detention and Sobriety Checks
No injuries were reported. Police arrived and tested both drivers’ sobriety. The Honda driver was found sober, while the judge tested with a blood alcohol level of more than 1.5 promille. She was detained in police custody, as confirmed by police spokesperson Dorota Krukowska‑Bubiło in an interview with Onet.
