Court Approves Arrest of “Great B”

The Lublin‑West District Court has approved the continued arrest of suspect Patryk M., known as “Great B,” who faces up to 15 years in prison and will remain detained until 4 February 2026.

Arrest Approved by Lublin‑West District Court

On 4 February 2026 the court granted the detention of Patryk M., who is charged with five alleged crimes. Prosecutors seek a sentence of up to 15 years, and the suspect will stay in custody until the specified date.

Judicial Justification for the Arrest

Deputy Judge Marta Śmiech cited the court’s assessment of prosecutor‑submitted evidence, which indicates a high probability that the suspect will commit the alleged acts. She also noted a risk of a severe prison term if the indictment is upheld.

Flight Risk and Organized Crime Allegation

The court identified a flight risk on Patryk M.’s part, given the nature of the accusations linked to an organized crime group. He has not admitted the charges.

EU Arrest Warrant and Current Detention

Patryk M. was arrested on 12 September at Hamburg airport under an EU arrest warrant while attempting to travel to Dubai. He was transferred to Polish authorities on 6 November.
