The Warsaw Road Management Board has announced that the mPay mobile app will no longer support payments in the city’s Unattended Paid Parking Zone after 21 November 2025; other apps remain available.
mPay Service Ends on 21 Nov 2025
Drivers using the mPay app can pay for a stay in Warsaw’s Unattended Paid Parking Zone only until 21 Nov 2025. The Road Management Board says the partnership with the app’s operator ends, but other mobile payment methods remain unchanged.
Other Mobile Payment Apps Remain Unchanged
Mobile payments are still one of the main ways to pay in Warsaw’s SPPN, and drivers can currently use five apps—AnyPark, CityParkApp, Flowbird, moBILET, and MobiParking (SkyCash). The use of mPay will cease after 21 Nov 2025, but the other five apps will continue to operate without change.
Reason for Termination
ZDM says the termination results from the app operator failing to meet contract provisions, prompting the dissolution of the agreement between the Mobile Payment System Integrator and mPay S.A.
Bank Apps Also Accept Payments
Road Management Board reminds that parking fees can also be paid via bank apps; users can pay for parking in SPPN using their bank’s mobile application, with payments processed through the integrating mobile apps.
Integration and Support for Multiple Channels
This solution allows mobile payments for people who do not use dedicated parking apps but have mobile banking. The mobile payment system remains integrated, and operators support transactions directly in parking apps and via bank apps.
Official Announcement and Deadline
The change announced by the Road Management Board was published on 14 Nov 2025, with a clear deadline for mPay—21 Nov 2025. The message aims to inform drivers to use other available apps or banking apps to pay for a stay in Warsaw’s SPPN. Detailed information on parking payment rules and available methods is published by ZDM in its official materials, emphasizing that the zone’s organization and the duty to pay remain unchanged—only the list of supported mobile apps has been modified.
