Confusion over Video Conference with Donald Trump
Earlier, on Wednesday 13 August, Donald Tusk participated in a video session with EU leaders and President Zelensky to prepare a joint position on the war in Ukraine before a planned conversation between President Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin on Friday.
