Witness reports describe the dog as a mixed‑breed resembling a German Shepherd, found in a state of extreme emaciation, surrounded by feces, and deprived of proper food and veterinary care. A report from the Dolnośląski Inspectorate of Animal Protection clarifies that the dog had been kept under such conditions until at least 13 November 2025.

Investigators have conducted witness interviews, obtained statements from individuals knowledgeable about the circumstances, and secured the animal’s treatment and vaccination records. Police have been approached with a verbal complaint regarding the suspected crime of cruelty.
