CPK Site Reacquired; KOWR Reveals Price and Details

The National Agricultural Support Center recovered the 158.88‑ha land in Zabłotyn, earmarked for the Central Communication Port, signing a deed on December 12 2023 for 22,760,000 PLN.

Land in Zabłotyn Reacquired

On December 12 2023, the National Agricultural Support Center signed a notarized deed, reacquiring the 158.8819‑ha parcel in Zabłotyn, previously designated for the Central Communication Port, and returning it to the State Treasury for 22,760,000 PLN.

Original Seller: Piotr Wielgomasa

The parcel had been under the ownership of Piotr Wielgomasa, vice‑president of Dawtona.

Sale and Reversal of CPK Site

Wielgomasa bought the land on December 1 2023, when Waldemar Humięcki of PiS headed KOWR. When the CPK land‑loss scandal surfaced, Wielgomasa offered to restore the property at the price he paid two years earlier and renounced all claims over it, a commitment confirmed in a KOWR meeting on November 5.

KOWR Statement on the Recovery

KOWR director Henryk Smolarz said the notarized act completed the buyback, restoring the strategic site without additional payments, claims, or losses, and that the centre had repaired what the PiS administration had ruined.
