On Tuesday, Dec 16, the US ambassador to Poland, Thomas Rose, posted on X reflecting on his meeting with Jarosław Kaczyński, chairman of the Law and Justice party. He described it as a great honour to discuss leadership, security, and the future of the US‑Poland alliance.

Rose highlighted that, under President Trump’s direction, the partnership is based on realism, sovereignty, and concrete results.

Conversation With Prime Minister Donald Tusk

On Dec 11, Rose met Prime Minister Donald Tusk, calling him “extremely witty” and a “great Polish patriot and widely respected leader.” He stressed Poland’s importance to the United States and the potential for joint achievements.

He added that under the America First doctrine and President Trump’s leadership, the US‑Poland alliance—led by figures such as Tusk—continues to strengthen.

Infrastructure Cooperation Discussion

The US Embassy in Poland announced that this week Rose also met with infrastructure minister Dariusz Klimczak. He emphasized that world‑class American firms are ready to support Poland’s infrastructure development with expert knowledge and lasting partnerships.

The goal is to strengthen security, drive innovation, and ensure long‑term prosperity.
