Collision Details
On Thursday, January 15, 2026, a city bus collided with a car at the intersection of Piłsudskiego Avenue and Lisa Kuli Street in Marki (Wołomin County). Two people in the car were transported to the hospital, and the road towards Radzymin remains blocked.
Police and Fire Response
The incident was reported at 6:20 AM. Police initially stated that bus line 340 collided with a Kia, and the passenger was hospitalized. However, on-site information confirms two people from the car were taken to the hospital. Firefighters found two men in the vehicle; the driver was conscious, but the passenger was trapped and non-responsive. The accident caused significant traffic disruptions. Three fire brigades (Wołomin, JRG15 Warsaw, OSP Marki), five medical teams, municipal communication oversight, and police responded to the scene.
