Tragedy in Wejherowo
A fatal incident occurred at the F. Ceynowa Specialist Hospital in Wejherowo. According to the Nadmorski24.pl portal, a 65‑year‑old woman fell from a window in the morning. Małgorzata Pisarewicz, Director of Social Communication and Promotion for Pomeranian Hospitals plc, confirmed the information. “Immediate rescue efforts were launched, but despite the help, the patient could not be saved,” she stated. The woman was being treated in the neurology department.
Two Persons Dead
A few hours later, a 65‑year‑old man also fell from a window of the same hospital department. Police received a report after 12:00 indicating that a man had fallen from a fifth‑floor window. He was a patient of the hospital. The man’s life could not be saved. Officers, under the supervision of a prosecutor on site, are investigating the circumstances. Asp. Karolina Pruchniak from the Wejherowo County Police Brigade provided the update.
Authorities Investigating Causes
RMF FM reported that both individuals were 65 years old. Police are present on under the prosecutor’s supervision. A thorough internal investigation has also been launched by Pomeranian Hospitals plc.
