Poland Extends Deadline for Tax Filings via JPK_CIT

Poland’s Ministry of Finance extends deadline for JPK_CIT submissions with planned legislative changes.

Change in JPK Also in the Law

Similarly – let’s recall – the Ministry of Finance plans to introduce similar changes not only for CIT taxpayers but also for PIT taxpayers who keep accounting records.

Legislative Amendment Planned

The ministry is preparing an amendment to the acts on PIT, CIT, and a flat-rate income tax from certain income of individuals. So far, there is no draft amendment, only the assumptions have been published (UD350).

Timeline for Implementation

The government will accept the draft amendment in Q1 2026, after which it will be submitted to the Sejm. This was previously covered in the article “Seven months to send JPK_Księgi to the tax office” (DGP no. 245/2025).
