KO Strengthens Lead Over PiS in New Poll; Three Parties Outside Parliament

Citizens’ Coalition leads with 32.5% support in United Surveys poll, while Law and Justice drops to 22.7%.

KO Leads in Latest Poll

In the latest poll conducted by United Surveys for Wirtualna Polska, Koalicja Obywatelska (Citizens’ Coalition) received the most votes. 32.5% of respondents chose Donald Tusk’s party, which is 0.2 percentage points more than in the poll from late January to early February. In second place was Prawo i Sprawiedliwość (Law and Justice), which received 22.7% of the votes, down 0.8 percentage points from the previous poll.

Third place was taken by Konfederacja (Confederation) with a result of 13%, up 1.8 percentage points.

Only Two More Parties Would Enter Parliament

Fourth place went to Konfederacja Korony Polskiej (Confederation of the Polish Crown), with 9.9% of respondents choosing Grzegorz Braun’s party, up 2.2 percentage points. The electoral threshold would also be crossed by Lewica (The Left), which was indicated by 8% of study participants.

In this scenario, three parties would not enter the Sejm: PSL with 4.8% (down 0.1 percentage points), Partia Razem with 3.1% (down 0.6 percentage points), and Polska 2050 with 2% (down 0.1 percentage points). 4% of respondents were undecided, down 4 percentage points. The United Surveys by IBRiS for Wirtualna Polska study was conducted by CATI&CAWI method on February 13-15, 2026, on a sample of 1000 people.

Potential PiS, Confederation and Braun Coalition?

If the percentage results of the poll were translated into the distribution of mandates, Koalicja Obywatelska would get 192 seats in the Sejm. Prawo i Sprawiedliwość would bring in 128 MPs, and Konfederacja – 64. The remaining seats would go to Konfederacja Korony Polskiej (44) and Lewica (32).

As Wirtualna Polska points out, this arrangement gives greater chances for the formation of a government by a potential coalition of PiS, Konfederacja and Konfederacja Korony Polskiej (together 236 mandates). It is worth noting, however, that Jarosław Kaczyński firmly rejects the idea of a coalition with Grzegorz Braun’s party.

Citizens’ Coalition Maintains Lead

In February, we also learned the results of a survey conducted from February 2 to 4 by the Opinia24 polling firm. They looked like this: Koalicja Obywatelska with 32%, PiS with 24.5%, Konfederacja with 12.6%, Konfederacja Korony Polskiej with 7.7%, Lewica with 6.3%, Polska 2050 with 4.1%, Partia Razem with 3.7%, and PSL with 1.7%. 0.5% of respondents chose the “other party” option, while 6.9% were undecided.

74% of participants in this survey declared willingness to participate in the elections.
