Lower Silesia. He Driven as If There Were No Tomorrow. Police in Pursuit [VIDEO]

A 31-year-old man faced up to five years in prison after evading a police chase while speeding over 220 km/h.

Speeding Exceeded Safety Limits

A traffic incident occurred last week when a motorcyclist attempted to overtake another vehicle directly at an intersection. Police report that, despite visual and auditory signals given to stop, the rider fled. At times, the speedometer reached over 220 km/h as he headed toward the Lubań County area.

The man was eventually stopped in a neighboring municipality. Identified as a 31-year-old resident of Zgorzelec County, he had a prior court-imposed ban on driving and had had his license revoked. Authorities warn that fleeing from police not only endangers road users but also results in severe legal repercussions.
