The second letter, addressed to the Hungarian Minister of the Interior, provides information about the investigation conducted by Team No. 2 of the National Prosecutor’s Office. This investigation has led to a decision to present charges against Zbigniew Ziobro for 26 alleged crimes and against Marcin Romanowski for 19, including embezzlement and attempted embezzlement of substantial public funds from the Justice Fund.

Furthermore, should the granting of asylum to Zbigniew Z. and Marcin R. be confirmed, the Prosecutor General requested action be taken to revoke those decisions.
