Sławomir Cenckiewicz, following a favorable ruling from the NSA, asserts his continued access to classified information and calls for the dismissal of Jarosław Stróżyk, head of the Military Counterintelligence Service.
Cenckiewicz Claims Vindication, Alleges Legal Violation
Sławomir Cenckiewicz announced his victory in a social media statement following the NSA ruling, stating it “finally and legally confirms” that he “never lost access to classified information.” He characterized the revocation of his security clearances in July 2024 as a “flagrant violation of the law.”
Accusations Against Military Intelligence and Ruling Politicians
Cenckiewicz directly criticized the leadership of the Military Counterintelligence Service (SKW) and politicians from the current ruling coalition. He alleges the decision was made by Jarosław Stróżyk and Karolina Kisłowska of the SKW, with the support of Tomasz Siemoniak, Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz, and Donald Tusk, along with affiliated media outlets.
He described his victory as the “ultimate defeat of lawlessness” and claimed he was subjected to attempts to “destroy and exclude” him from public life over the past months.
Allegations of State Apparatus Involvement
Cenckiewicz asserts that state security services, the prosecutor’s office, and the entire state apparatus were involved in operations against him following the change in power on December 13, 2023. He claims he was targeted by a “system of organized media leaks, manipulation, and public stigmatization.”
Dismissal of Ongoing Proceedings Claims
Cenckiewicz dismissed claims that proceedings limiting his access to classified information were still ongoing despite the court ruling, labeling such assertions as a “grotesque form of the same psychological warfare” waged against him since December 2023, and a “further lawlessness and desperate escape from a full-scale defeat.”
Personal Victory and Call for Support
Cenckiewicz framed his victory as a win for “all people of good will” who never doubted his integrity and honesty. He thanked his legal representative and President Karol Nawrocki.
Demand for Stróżyk’s Dismissal
Cenckiewicz demanded the immediate resignation of Defense Minister Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz’s chief, Jarosław Stróżyk. He accused Stróżyk of abusing his power as head of the SKW, involving the counterintelligence service in political warfare, and personally attacking him.
Allegations of BBN Paralysis
Cenckiewicz further accused Stróżyk of paralyzing the work of the National Security Bureau (BBN) and, consequently, the entire Presidential Office over the past eight months. He stated that Stróżyk should no longer lead the SKW for the sake of Poland’s security and its armed forces.
Appeal to Stand Against Lawlessness
Cenckiewicz concluded by stating that “truth alone never wins and demands weapons,” and appealed for support in defending principles against lawlessness and abuse of power.
