The leader of Poland’s ruling Law and Justice party, Jarosław Kaczyński, unexpectedly delayed his annual summer vacation to the western Pomeranian coast, leading to speculation about internal party dynamics.
Kaczynski’s Traditional August Holiday Rescheduled
For years, Jarosław Kaczyński has typically spent around a week in August at the western Pomeranian coast, often accompanied by other party members like Joachim Brudziński and Czesław Hoc. This year, however, Kaczyński postponed his vacation until the final weekend of the summer break.
Vacation Cancellation and Immediate Return to Work
Upon returning from his abbreviated holiday, Kaczyński held a press conference on September 1st. He addressed recent economic developments and urged the government to take “appropriate measures.”
