Rider Collapses During Journey
A 46-year-old man was cycling along Wybrzeże Gdyńskie near Krasińskiego Street around 12:20pm when he suddenly lost consciousness and fell from his bike.
Emergency Response Teams Attempt to Save Life
Several witnesses rushed to the scene and began performing CPR while urgently calling emergency services. Firefighters and medical responders arrived shortly after, but despite their efforts to revive the man, his vital functions could not be restored, resulting in his death on the scene.
Preliminary Findings
Initial investigations suggest that the cyclist suffered a medical emergency while riding, leading to his fall. During the incident, the victim was wearing a helmet. The police will continue to investigate the case.
