Systematic Privacy Violations
Superintendent Marta Sulowska of the Wola police stated that officers seized the man’s mobile phones at the scene. Investigations revealed the practice had been ongoing for a significant period, with the man systematically and deceitfully capturing images of naked women.
Investigators determined that the man hid his phones in a pouch, positioning the camera lenses to point directly into the toilets.
Criminal Charges and Court Orders
The 25-year-old has been arrested and charged with violating sexual privacy, an offense that carries a potential prison sentence of up to five years. The court has imposed police supervision and a ban on approaching or contacting the victims.
