Officers from the Józefów Police Station identified a 37-year-old citizen of Uzbekistan who was listed in the Schengen Information System as an individual denied entry and stay within the Schengen Area.

Tactical Apprehension

After discovering the man was not at his registered hostel address, officers used tactical experience to contact him under a pretext, leading to his immediate detention and preventing his escape.

Authorities stated that the swift action removed an individual who could pose a real threat to public safety.

Deportation Proceedings

The detainee was handed over to the Border Guard to facilitate his expulsion from the territory of the Republic of Poland.
