Ukrainian President Welcomes International Support

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky expressed gratitude towards the EU and European institutions for their active work on establishing security guarantees for Ukraine. Russian President Vladimir Putin warned that if foreign troops are deployed in Ukraine, their destruction would be justified. “While each country has the right to choose how to ensure its own security, the security of one country cannot be guaranteed at the expense of another,” Putin said.
