Warsaw Weekend Festivities: Free Events Across City from Białołęka to Ursus

This weekend, Warsaw offers free concerts, family picnics, scientific experiments, and sporting events across neighborhoods including Białołęka, Żoliborz, Mokotów, Ursus, and Wilanów.

Białołęka

The “Zostań Ochotnikiem 1920” historical-educational picnic will take place on Saturday, 6 September at the Park Picaso from 12:00 to 16:00. Highlights include a historical treasure hunt, vintage vehicle exhibit, 1916 White truck rides, and family workshops. Entry is free.

Bielany

Bielany’s “Żegnaj Lato na Bielanach” kicks off at 15:00 with a family picnic, followed by concerts from Patrycja Markowska, Varius Manx & Kasia Stankiewicz, and a silent disco from 21:00. Free entry.

Mokotów

“Mokotowskie Pożegnanie Lata” starts with a family picnic on Saturday from 12:00-18:00, followed by evening concerts featuring Sabina Sago, Oskar Cyms, and Zakopower. Free entry.

Ochota

The “Koncert Gwiazd” concert in Park Szczęśliwicki begins at 19:00 on Saturday, featuring Maryla Rodowicz and Smolasty. Free entry.

Śródmieście

“Zakończenie Lata 2025” at Westfield Arkadia starts at 17:00 on Saturday, with performances by V Filar, Edzio Rap, Michał Szczygieł, and Grzegorz Hyży. Free entry.

Ursus

“Pożegnanie Lata” in Park Czechowicki begins with a foam party at 14:30 on Saturday, followed by a balloon contest and evening concerts from Za Kotarą, Gromee, and Małgorzata Ostrowska. Free entry.

Włochy

The “Letnia Scena Włochy 2025” will take place on Saturday at KS “Przyszłość” from 14:00-22:30, featuring Pan Sprężynka, Sounds Good, Kamil Bednarek, and Tribbs. The event includes family zones with games, workshops, and food. Free entry.

Wola

The “Moje Miasto” science picnic will run from 12:00-18:00 on Saturday at Park im. Księcia Janusza, featuring experiments, workshops, and demonstrations from organizations including the Polish Academy of Sciences. Free entry.

Żoliborz

“Kosmiczne 99. Urodziny Placu Wilsona” at Park im. Stefana Żeromskiego starts at 13:00 on Saturday, featuring a Miroslaw Hermaszewski space capsule, mobile planetarium, and family activities. Free entry.

Wilanów

The 28th “Bieg po Nowe Życie” charity run will gather approximately 100 teams of four runners at the Muzeum Pałacu Króla Jana III on Saturday. The event promotes organ donation awareness and includes participants who have undergone transplants.
