Putin ordered the reinforcement of the Russian-Finnish border during a visit to the Leningrad region. Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev stated that Russia has no intention of ignoring Finland’s NATO membership, noting increased military activity near the border.

Rossian Construction on Border

Four civilians were killed and one injured in Russian strikes in the Donetsk region, while military infrastructure in Konstantinovka was destroyed, including hospitals, residential buildings, and energy infrastructure.

Finnish and Polish Accusations

Medvedev criticized the security guarantees proposed by Poland and the “Coalition of the Willing,” calling them “foolish decisions” and saying they would have no consequences.
