Zelensky Hopes for Decisive US Response to Russia’s Largest Attack on Ukraine

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, a day after Russia launched its biggest attack in the ongoing war, expressed hope for a decisive US response, stressing that allies must act collectively to face Russia’s aggression.

Ukraine Counts Casualties

In the wake of Russia’s attack, which occurred overnight from Saturday to Sunday, four people were killed, including a one-year-old child found under the rubble of an apartment block in Kyiv. Russia’s missiles also struck government buildings in the capital.
