Israeli police officers responded to a shooting incident near a bus stop in eastern Jerusalem on Monday afternoon. Initial reports indicated at least 15 people had been wounded in the attack, with four confirmed deaths and five others in critical condition transported to a nearby hospital.

Pistol Identification

The attackers allegedly used a makeshift Carlo submachine gun, a weapon commonly used by Hamas militants in Palestine that was designed in 2000.

Deployment Method

Preliminary investigations suggest the attackers might have entered a bus during the shooting, opening fire on passengers before exiting.
