A Polish prosecutor’s office has charged two men with raping two underage girls, aged 13 and 14, in Częstochowa on April 1, 2025.
Charges and Incident Details
The Częstochowa District Prosecutor’s Office has filed an indictment with the Częstochowa District Court against two 23-year-old men, Konrad M. and Adrian P., for raping two minors.
The incident occurred when a 13-year-old girl invited a 14-year-old friend over while her mother was at work. They then communicated with the two men through social media, who arrived at the scene with alcohol.
Course of Events and Victim’s Escape
According to investigators, the rape was recorded on a mobile phone. The 14-year-old victim escaped, running nearly naked and bleeding through Aleja Armii Krajowej, where passersby called for help.
The 14-year-old was taken to a hospital, where it was found she was intoxicated. The police then found the 13-year-old victim at the apartment and took her to the hospital as well.
Legal Proceedings and Potential Sentencing
Konrad M. faces charges of raping the 14-year-old, while Adrian P. is accused of raping the 13-year-old. Both are also charged with intoxicating the minors.
Konrad M. has been in temporary detention since April, while Adrian P. was not detained due to insufficient evidence indicating a high probability of him committing the rape.
The accused face 5 to 30 years or life imprisonment.
