A motorcyclist was injured in a collision with a Toyota on provincial road 631 in Nieporęt, requiring hospital examination.
Incident Details
The collision occurred at 14:28 on provincial road No. 631 in the area of Nowolipie Street in Nieporęt (Legionowski County). According to preliminary findings, the driver of a Toyota passenger car forced priority and collided with a motorcyclist riding a Zontes motorcycle. After the collision, the single-track vehicle ended up in a ditch.
Medical Response
The motorcyclist was taken to the hospital for examination. Police classified his injuries as less than 7 days, and the entire incident was concluded in a ticket-based procedure.
Legal Consequences
The Toyota driver was fined 3,000 PLN and received 10 penalty points. Both participants were sober and had valid driving licenses.
Traffic Management
During the emergency services’ operations, traffic at the incident site was regulated alternately. Three fire brigades were at the scene: JRG Legionowo, WSP Zegrze and OSP Nieporęt, as well as a medical rescue team and police.
