During last week, police received a report of a man attempting to steal a vehicle from a parking area on Sytę Street in Warsaw. Officers dispatched patrols immediately and apprehended the suspect, a 52‑year‑old Georgian citizen, after security staff intervened.

Investigation Findings

Investigators determined the suspect worked with an unidentified accomplice, attempting to bypass the Hyundai’s alarm and immobilizer using a signal‑jamming device. Security personnel stopped the escape; the police found a suitcase containing equipment intended for this purpose.
