Marcin Kierwiński argued on TVN24’s “Rozmowa Piaseckiego” that coalition partners should seek a common candidate to prevent vote fragmentation and solidify the coalition’s standing on a national level.

Deputy Prime Minister Krzysztof Gawkowski firmly rejected the proposal for a single candidate, stating that the Left intends to test its own strength in the election. He expressed support for Daria Gosek-Popiołek as the potential candidate for the Left, suggesting she could achieve a strong result.
Krakow’s Pre-election Landscape
Early elections are mandated following the May 24 referendum that recalled the city leadership, with Stanisław Kracik serving as interim commissioner. Numerous candidates, including Łukasz Gibała, Aleksandra Owca, Bartosz Bocheńczak, Marian Banaś, and Marianna Schreiber, are expected to join the race.
