Government Extends Nationwide Alarm Levels Until February 2026

Poland’s government extended the nationwide alarm levels, keeping the BRAVO system in force until February 28, 2026, after President Donald Tusk signed the decree on Sunday.

Extension of Alarm Levels

On Sunday, the Polish Security Center reported that President Donald Tusk signed a decree extending the currently active alarm levels until February 28, 2026.

BRAVO System Remains Active

The BRAVO system represents a level 2 threat on the four‑tier scale. It remains in force across the entire country and is activated when an increased and predictable threat of a terrorist incident exists.

Under this level, security services are informed of potential danger, and public administration must maintain heightened vigilance.

Enhanced Monitoring Under BRAVO‑CRP

Level 2 BRAVO‑CRP, also extended, obliges public administration to implement intensified monitoring of the security status of information‑communication systems.

Alarm for Energy Infrastructure Outside Borders

The level 2 alarm also applies to Polish energy infrastructure located outside the country’s borders.

New Rail Alarm Level Charlie

On November 18, Tusk signed a decree introducing level 3 alarm Charlie for railway lines managed by PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe and PKP Linia Hutnicza Szerokotorowa.

The alarm is effective from November 19, 2025 00:00 to February 28, 2026 23:59. It includes 24‑hour duty postings, special duties for officials, and armed protection for designated personnel.

Citizens are urged to stay alert, report suspicious incidents to authorities, and obey official instructions.
