Polish police have requested Interpol Red Notices for suspects in a railway sabotage plot near Warsaw and Puławy, aiming for quicker arrests.

Polish police have forwarded a formal request to Interpol for a Red Notice concerning two individuals implicated in a November sabotage incident involving railway tracks.
Legal Implications of the Red Notice
A Red Notice enables authorities in nearly 200 countries to arrest the marked individual and requires them to be notified and extradited to Poland. The issuance process can take several weeks.
Suspects and Charges
The suspects, Jewhenij Iwanow and Oleksandr Kononow, are accused of using explosives to sabotage tracks near Mika in the Masovian region and near Gołąb, close to Puławy. They are also suspected of espionage and crimes with a terrorist character and fled to Belarus.
Public Appeal for Information
