Konin: Lured to Apartment, Victim Endured Hours of Abuse

In Konin, Poland, Lena W. and Kacper J., along with a wanted Alan B., allegedly lured a man to an apartment on August 18, 2025, where he was held captive and abused.

Alleged Luring and Captivity

According to prosecutors, Lena W. and Kacper J., along with the currently sought Alan B., enticed the victim to an apartment in Konin, Wielkopolska province, on August 18, 2025, under the pretense of providing assistance and bandages for a 27-year-old woman.

Upon arrival, the victim was allegedly deprived of his freedom and held for approximately three hours.

Details of the Abuse

Investigators claim the victim endured physical and psychological abuse during his captivity. Due to the severity of the alleged acts, prosecutors are withholding specific details.

However, it has been revealed that the accused allegedly threatened the victim with a knife, confined him within a corner cabinet, and subjected him to sexual assault.

Attempted Extortion

One of the men then took the victim to an electronics store, attempting to force him to purchase three smartphones.

The victim subsequently requested help from a security guard.

Arrests and Ongoing Search

Kacper J. and Lena W. were arrested on the same day. Alan B. fled and is currently subject to a European Arrest Warrant, with his case separated into a distinct proceeding.

Charges and Potential Penalties

Lena W. and Kacper J. have been charged with unlawful imprisonment with aggravated circumstances, an offense punishable by 5 to 25 years in prison.

Kacper J. also faces charges related to possession of synthetic cannabinoids, commonly known as “dopalacze.” The case will be heard by the District Court in Konin.
