Who qualifies for the Large Family Card?

The card is available to any parent (including foster parents) who has ever had at least three children in their care, regardless of their current age.

How to obtain a KDR and what does it cost?

Applications for the KDR can be submitted free of charge through your local municipality or online via the Emp@tia portal. The card is issued within 30 days of application.

Required documents

To apply, you must provide the PESEL numbers of all family members and a declaration of parental authority. Additional documents may be required, including certificates of continued education for children over 18, copies of marriage certificates for step-parents, or documents confirming legal residency for foreign applicants.
