Łatwogang Raises Over 8 Million PLN During Charity Cycling Marathon

Influencer Piotr Hancke, known as Łatwogang, has raised over 8 million PLN for gene therapy while cycling from Zakopane to Gdańsk, covering 338 kilometers in the first 24 hours.

Solidarity Through Streaming

After more than 24 hours of riding, the fundraiser has already exceeded 8 million PLN. Currently passing through the Łódzkie Voivodeship, Hancke has covered 338 km with 350 km remaining to his destination.

Piotr Hancke emphasized that the campaign relies on the involvement of his viewers. He noted that every form of support counts, including watching the live stream and the advertisements displayed during the broadcast.

A Race Against Time

The influencer decided to organize the trip shortly after his previous campaign concluded. The initiative was inspired by children suffering from Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD), specifically a boy named Maks who contacted the organizers via email.

Hancke prepared for the 40-hour journey on short notice, noting that his progress depends on physical conditions. He is accompanied by a technical vehicle and plans to return to Zakopane immediately after reaching Gdańsk.

Funding Gene Therapy

The campaign aims to fund gene therapy costing approximately 15 million PLN. Since October 2025, over 3 million PLN has been collected, with about 12 million PLN still required. At the start of the trip, the fund held over 400,000 PLN.

In his previous charity event, Łatwogang raised over 251 million PLN for the Cancer Fighters foundation. That nine-day live stream attracted up to 1.5 million concurrent viewers at its peak.
