Police responded to reports of damaged windows in a block of flats and on a stairwell in Ostrów Mazowiecka on Friday, March 13th. The reporting party suspected the damage was caused by a pneumatic weapon and that the incidents had been occurring for weeks.
Investigation and Arrest
Criminal investigators examined the scene and found evidence suggesting a pneumatic weapon was used. A 52-year-old resident of the Ostrów county was subsequently arrested.
Intoxication and Weapon Found
At the time of his arrest, the man had a blood alcohol level exceeding 0.4 per mille. Police found a pneumatic ASG (Air Soft Gun) and ammunition in his possession.
Charges Filed
