On Saturday, September 20, at around 18:15, a serious accident occurred during high-altitude work on plots of land at Major Henryk Hubal Dobrzyński Street. A 49-year-old man tasked with cutting down a tree fell from a height after cutting his own safety rope during the work.
Emergency Response
The emergency medical response team and firefighters were called to the scene. They secured a landing site for a helicopter from the Air Ambulance Service (LPR). After providing initial assistance to the injured man, the LPR transported him to a hospital.
Investigation and Medical Response
At the medical facility, blood was drawn from the injured person for a sobriety test. The incident is under investigation.
