Motorcyclist Killed in Collision with Car

A 28-year-old motorcyclist died Saturday at 3:31 PM in Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki after a collision with a Ford Fiesta.

Collision Details

The accident occurred on Morawicza Street in Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki on Saturday at 3:31 PM, involving a motorcycle and a passenger car.

Preliminary findings indicate the 28-year-old motorcyclist, riding a Suzuki GSX-R1000, had the right-of-way while traveling from Miła Street. A 53-year-old driver of a Ford Fiesta, approaching from Akacjowa Street, turned into a store parking lot, failing to yield to the motorcyclist.

Rescue Efforts

Emergency services were immediately dispatched to the scene. Despite approximately one hour of resuscitation attempts, the motorcyclist died at the scene.

Investigation Underway

The Ford driver was determined to be sober. Police, under the supervision of the prosecutor, are currently securing evidence and investigating the exact circumstances of the accident.

The rescue operation involved the fire department, medical rescue teams (ZRM), and the LPR helicopter crew (Ratownik12).

Road Closure

Morawicza Street is completely blocked, and drivers should expect traffic disruptions in the area.
