Nawrocki to Visit US, Potential Trump Meeting Planned

Karol Nawrocki will travel to the US this week, with a possible meeting with Donald Trump during the CPAC conference being considered.

Nawrocki’s US Trip and CPAC Conference

Karol Nawrocki is scheduled to travel to the United States this Friday, confirmed Marcin Przydacz, Head of the International Policy Bureau in the Chancellery of the President of the Republic of Poland.

Nawrocki will attend the CPAC conference, an event for American conservatives, at the invitation of the organization. He is expected to deliver a speech focusing on the state of Polish-American relations.

Potential Meeting with Donald Trump

While a meeting with Donald Trump has not been confirmed, it is possible it could occur during the CPAC conference, which will be held in Grapevine, Texas, from March 25th to March 29th.

Rafał Leśkiewicz, the President’s spokesperson, indicated a few days ago that an announcement regarding a potential meeting would be made soon, but clarified that a visit to Poland by Donald Trump is not currently planned.

CPAC Speakers and Agenda

The CPAC conference will feature speakers including former British Prime Minister Liz Truss, Steve Bannon, and Reza Pahlavi, as well as Michał Rachoń from TV Republika.

Visit to F-35 Production Facility

A key part of Nawrocki’s trip will be a visit to Fort Worth, Texas, where the F-35 multirole fighter jets are manufactured. Thirty-two of these aircraft are expected to be delivered to Polish airbases in Łask and Świdwin shortly.

Previous Meeting in Davos

The last meeting between Karol Nawrocki and Donald Trump took place in January during the Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland. Discussions focused on security guarantees for Poland, the presence of American troops, and economic matters.
