Bad News for Diabetics: Some Co-payments to Increase by 100 PLN
While some patients will benefit from lower prices, the new list also includes increased co-payments for certain modern diabetes therapies, potentially exceeding 100 PLN per package.
Drug Safety and Domestic Production
The Ministry of Health has extended funding for 243 existing therapies, based on safety and cost-effectiveness analyses. The government is also working on legislation to incentivize the production of drugs within Poland to enhance national drug security.
