Collision Details
On the night of April 8-9, around 11:50 PM, a collision occurred at the intersection of Okopowa Street and Solidarności Avenue, near the Kercelak roundabout, involving a Lexus and a BMW.
The BMW subsequently struck a tramline pole.
Sequence of Events
The Lexus was traveling on Okopowa Street towards the “Radosława” roundabout, while the BMW was approaching from the opposite direction. The BMW driver, while turning left towards Bankowy Square, reportedly cut off the Lexus, leading to the collision.
Damage Assessment
The tramline pole sustained only minor damage, consisting of scratches to the paintwork.
No Injuries Reported
No one was injured in the incident. Neither the drivers nor any passengers required medical assistance. The individuals involved in the collision were foreign nationals.
Traffic Disruption
The collision caused traffic disruptions in both directions – towards Bankowy Square and from Towarowa Street towards the “Radosława” roundabout.
