“PAH Opens Exhibition One Year After Poland Floods”

Polish Humanitarian Action invites the public to the “Water Trail, One Year After the Floods in Poland” exhibition on Central Square in Warsaw, opening on September 5.

Opening Date and Venue

The exhibition will be unveiled on September 5 at 18:00 on Central Square in Warsaw, near the Palace of Culture and Science. Admission is unlimited and free.

Purpose and Gratitude

PAH presents the exhibit as a tribute to all donors, partners, organizations, volunteers, local activists and municipalities that mobilised aid for people affected by the floods in south‑west Poland a year ago.

Exhibition Highlights

The display documents the results of a year of humanitarian work and the scale of support received. It features photographs by Aleksander “Hasztagalka” Małachowski that capture both the beauty of the region and the water‑damage marks, and portraits by PAH employee Alicja Ryś of those who received help.

Supporting Organizations

The event is covered by the media patronage of the magazine “Pismo” and “Gazeta Wrocławska”, with MINI and Bar Studio as partners. PAH has offered opportunities to meet the photographers during the opening.

Access and Timing

The gallery will remain open from September 5 to October 4 2025, allowing visitors to view the exhibition at any time. Admission is free and unlimited.
