11 Injured in Crash in Lublin Region as Road is Completely Blocked

Crash at the Intersection

Around 7:30 AM in the locality of Pułankowice, an accident occurred at the intersection of provincial roads No. 848 (the former DK19 route) and No. 842. The incident was reported by asp. Marzena Sałata from the Kraśnik police headquarters.

Number of Injured Individuals

According to preliminary police findings, a total of 11 people were injured, including 9 traveling in a van and two from a passenger car. As junior captain Jan Janczak from the Provincial Headquarters of the State Fire Service in Lublin stated, two people have been taken to the hospital so far, and the final number of injured is still being determined.

Traffic Disruptions and Emergency Response

Emergency forces are operating at the scene, including five fire department units, three ambulances, and two Air Medical Rescue helicopters. The section of road where the collision occurred is completely blocked, and officers are appealing to drivers for caution and to follow their instructions.
