Assault and Medical Response
According to Junior Aspirant Anna Tersa of the Legnica Municipal Police, the incident occurred Sunday after 8:00 p.m. The victim, also 13, sustained injuries and was transported to the hospital, though his life is not in danger.
Suspect Detained for Assessment
Police identified and apprehended the alleged attacker shortly after the incident. Due to his unstable psychological state, he was placed under the care of a medical rescue team and hospitalized for diagnostic evaluation.
Ongoing Investigation
