A resident has reported a major rodent infestation in the courtyards near the intersection of Aleja Jana Pawła II and Ulica Nowolipie. She submitted a 48-second video showing multiple rats navigating an enclosed area behind buildings, moving through pipes, and hiding among debris.

Resident Concerns and Environmental Factors

According to the resident, the rats frequently approach parked cars and even climb onto window sills. She attributes the surge in rodent activity to 2025’s expansion of local food service businesses, suggesting that improper waste management and discarded food scraps are primary drivers of the problem.
