A 75-year-old woman died Wednesday evening after being struck by a Skoda Fabia on provincial road no. 733 in Józefów, completely blocking traffic in the area.

On Wednesday at around 19:10 on provincial road no. 733 in the village of Józefów, located in the Kowala commune within Radom County, a tragic traffic accident occurred involving a passenger car and a pedestrian.

Initial police findings indicate that the 75-year-old senior was crossing the roadway in a built-up area when she was struck by a Skoda Fabia passenger car driven by a 26-year-old man.

Emergency Response and Fatality

Emergency services were immediately dispatched to the scene. The injured woman sustained very serious injuries, and although rescuers initiated resuscitation efforts, her life could not be saved, and a doctor pronounced her dead.
