On Saturday, August 8, at around 3:30 PM, police received a report from a 46-year-old woman regarding an incident at an apartment building in Siedlce, Mazowieckie Voivodeship. The woman stated that her 65-year-old husband, who was under the influence of alcohol, had started a quarrel. When the 46-year-old stepped outside, the man refused to let her back into the apartment.
