Tusk Announces Fuel Tax Cuts and Program Revival to Lower Prices for Drivers

Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk announced the return of a major fuel program and an 8 percent VAT reduction on fuels to lower prices for drivers returning from vacation.

Fuel Program Return and VAT Reduction

Prime Minister Donald Tusk announced that a significant part of the fuel program will be reinstated for the holiday return period. Simultaneously, the VAT on fuels is set to be reduced to 8 percent.

Expected Price Drop for Drivers

According to the Prime Minister, this measure should result in a fuel price decrease of approximately 90 groszy to 1 zloty per liter. Further information is coming soon.
