Fatal Crash Near Warsaw: Ford Driver Dies After Hitting Tree

A 48-year-old woman died on Sunday evening after her vehicle veered off provincial road 575 in Nowa Mała Wieś, Leoncin municipality, and struck a tree with significant force.

Circumstances of the Accident

The incident occurred on provincial road 575 in the Nowy Dwór district. Preliminary reports indicate the driver, a 48-year-old resident of Jabłonna municipality, was traveling alone in her Ford when she lost control on a curve, exited the roadway, and collided with a tree.

Emergency Response Efforts

Emergency services, including firefighters from the Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki rescue unit and volunteer brigades from Leoncin and Wilków, responded to the scene. A medical rescue team and an air ambulance were also dispatched to provide assistance.

Fatality Confirmed

Upon arrival, medical personnel initiated rescue efforts, but the injuries sustained by the driver proved fatal, and her death was pronounced at the scene.
